The NBA Regular Season ended last night. While the Detroit Pistons finish the campaign at 23-59 after a 118-106 loss at Philadelphia, as Shake Milton came off of the bench to tally 30 points for the 76ers, the Bulls ended up 46-36 following a 124-120 triumph in Minneapolis over the Minnesota Timberwolves, thanks in part to 35 points from Patrick Williams. Chicago begins playoff action in Milwaukee against the Bucks next Sunday.

Andrew Navigato’s RBI triple broke a 3-3 tie in the eighth inning, and back-to-back two-run doubles by Colt Keith and Jake Holton triggered a nine-run ninth, as the Whitecaps disposed of the Great Lakes Loons in Midland yesterday, 14-4. West Michigan has its home opener tomorrow evening when the Lansing Lugnuts come to LMCU Ballpark in Comstock Park.
