MARNE, MI (WHTC AM/FM, Mar. 30, 2022) Deputies with the Ottawa County Sheriff’s responded to a one car injury Thursday morning on East bound I-96 near Marne. A 23-year-old female was reportedly driving a 2013 Buick Regal East when she lost control, veered off the road, and struck a tree. It’s not clear what caused the woman to lose control.
The driver and a 4-year-old female passenger were injured and transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A 3-year-old male was also a passenger in the car but was not injured. Sheriff’s deputies say both children were buckled in child safety seats.
