Michael Jeremiah Menear, 39 of Fennville, Michigan, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, Indiana after his valiant battle with cancer. Born February 16, 1983 in Holland, Michigan, he was the son of Christopher Sr. and Brenda (Fitzgerald) Menear. In his short life, Michael proved to be a larger-than-life individual. He faced his adversity with grit and gusto and did all he could to live his life to the fullest and encompass as much as he could into it. Michael was known as an Xbox video game fanatic! He loved spending time playing the video game whether alone or with friends. Spending time with his friends and family was always a highlight and priority in his life. He loved just being with them or spending time with them fishing, bowling, or watching the Detroit Lions football games. Even though he dealt with his own health issues, he was always there for his family and tried all he could to make their lives better. His huge heart and compassion for others is a beautiful legacy that he leaves behind.
Along with his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Dennis Jr. and Felicia Menear and Shaun (Morgan) Menear; and his nieces and nephews, Evie Menear, Christopher Menear III, Allie Menear, Thadius Menear, Nolan Menear, and Jax Menear.
Michael was preceded in death by his brother Steve Menear.
