Jack E. Moeller, 86 of Fennville, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at his home with his family by his side. Born October 30, 1935 in Otsego, Michigan, he was the son of the late John and Evelin (Wood) Moeller and the husband of Bonnie (Hemry) Moeller. Although Jack was born in Otsego, he was raised in Holland, Michigan, and then later settled in Fennville. After high school, he entered and served honorably in the United States Army Paratroopers 82nd Airborne Division. Prior to retirement, Jack was a field engineer for several companies. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his wife and traveling. He was a life member of Saugatuck Masonic Lodge #328, the Saladin Shriners of Grand Rapids, and the Allegan-Ottawa Shriners Club. He was also very active in many different units, including the Desert Sheiks motorcycle unit. Jack had a huge heart and loved giving to others. He set an example of how one person should act towards another person. He didn’t just talk the talk; he walked the walk. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy of serving others and teaching others to give of themselves.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Bonnie; his son, Mark (Sue) Moeller; his sister, Linda Chlup; his granddaughter, Sarah Moeller; his three step-grandchildren, Dustin MacKellar, Cassie Cole, and Larry Radcliff; and his brother-in-law, James Hemry.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters, June Damber and Kathy Biss.
