UNDATED (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 22, 2022) – High school basketball results from along the Lakeshore last night saw Gobles sweep Black River by scores of 54-24 for the boys and 65-26 for the girls, while Fennville’s girls lost to Tri-unity Christian, 37-24.
This evening’s prep hoops slate includes a girls’/boys’ doubleheader at Zeeland East, where the Chix entertain arch-rival Zeeland West. Coverage of the boys’ game is slated for around 6:40 PM on 99 7/1450 WHTC. Opposite fixtures match ups include Mona Shores’ boys at Holland, with the Sailors hosting the girls’ game; Unity Christian’s boys against Holland Christian at the Heeringa Holland Civic Center, with the Crusaders hosting the girls’ game; Rockford’s boys at West Ottawa, with the Rams hosting the girls’ game; and Hamilton’s boys at Spring Lake, with the Hawkeyes hosting the girls’ game. In a single contest, Fennville’s boys are at Covenant Christian.
