Ruth Koetje, age 77 of Holland passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022.
She is survived by her sisters: Betty and Jim De Visser, Jan Salsich, Mary McCreary, and Deb and Joe Kelly; and aunts, uncles, cousins, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, one great-great-niece, and many friends.

Ruth and her family were charter members of Grace Reformed Church, she had been a member of North Holland Reformed Church, and currently, she was a member of Intersection Ministries (formerly Grace Reformed Church).
Ruth attended East Crisp School and was in the first graduating class of West Ottawa High School. She was employed at Michigan Bell for several years. Ruth was a great card player and enjoyed driving and taking rides.

She was preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Mildred Koetje, her brother-in-law Patrick McCreary and her nephew Keith Rosendahl.
Ruth’s family would like to thank Resthaven Care Center, Hospice of Michigan, and Care Cardinal for the loving care given to their sister and aunt.
Visitation will be from 12:30-1:45 pm Friday, February 18, 2022, at Intersection Ministries, 945 136th Ave., Holland, the memorial service will follow at 2 pm (Ruth’s family requests that masks be worn at the visitation and service). The service will be live-streamed at https://youtu.be/bDYJkEoXqTo
