UNDATED (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 9, 2022) – Two local government entities will consider several issues today, although no final votes will be taken.
In the 6 PM Holland City Council Work-Study session at Holland City Hall, the panel will go over Rules of Council, the Governance Framework and Process, and a required reapportionment of the Tulip City’s six council wards to reflect the 2020 federal census population trends. This session comes a week before the regular bi-weekly business meeting.
In the 4 PM Saugatuck City Council workshop at Saugatuck City Hall, members will discuss a temporary road request by the Butler in order to facilitate ongoing renovation work, as well as a proposed expansion of the outdoor dining area downtown, among other matters. This workshop comes ahead of next Monday’s regular bi-weekly business meeting.
