Darlene A. DeFouw, age 85, of Holland, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022.
Darlene was born on July 16, 1936, in Allegan County to Albert and Antoinette Overbeek. Darlene was a homemaker, who raised two children and also worked part-time in food service for Holland Public Schools. She was a member of Maplewood Reformed Church in Holland.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert DeFouw, and son Kim DeFouw.
She is survived by her son, Todd Kendall and Lori Sue De Fouw of Holland; grandchildren, Robert (Andrea), Steven (Amy), Stacey (Scott), Kristyn (Simon), Tyler, Megan; many great-grandchildren; and sister, Amy Maat.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 2 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at Dykstra Funeral Homes – Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street. Burial will take place in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
