HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 38-year-old Holland man appears to have suffered an medical incident that led to a car-building crash, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Ryan DeVries.
Deputies called to the scene learned the man had been driving a 2012 Toyota south on Butternut Drive when the car went off the road and into a building near the Riley Street intersection at 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 17, 2021.
Sgt. DeVries indicated the man went by ambulance to an area hospital for evaluation and treatment.
He indicated the building suffered minor damage and no structural concerns.
