Kristi Warren, age 52 of Holland, passed away on December 6, 2021.
Psalm 100 encourages us to, “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all you lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.” To this Kristi took heart, and she was known to love singing in and out of church, especially when it came to Christian music. Born in Holland to John and Evelyn VanDussen, Kristi attended Calvin College where she earned a degree in psychology (funny story!). She worked at Black Swamp Percussion as a bookkeeper, as well as People IT and A.G. Collaborative. Kristi cherished the time she spent with her family, and they went on many adventures together, including Tennessee on multiple occasions. When she was by herself though, she was known to curl up with a good romantic mystery book.
Kristi was preceded in death by her son Todd A. Warren II, her parents John and Evelyn VanDussen, mother and father-in-law Ron and Shirley Warren, and nephew Zachary Huizenga.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years Todd; Daughter Tori Warren; Brothers and sisters: Bob VanDussen, Barb and Cal VanVuren, Sandy and Dave Huizenga, Cindy and Jim DeNeef, John and Judy VanDussen, Mike and Leigh VanDussen; Brother and sisters-in-law: Doug and Pat Warren, Cheryl Warren; Many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 6:00-8:00pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services.
A memorial service will be January 6, 2021, 11:00am at Holland First Assembly of God.
