Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Dennis Luce said the semi-tractor pulling a 48-foot tanker trailer tipped over while the man was driving east from Byron onto the business loop, block the eastbound lanes. The truck driver had been wearing a seatbelt and was not physically hurt, according to police.
The crash happened at 5:22 a.m. today, Aug. 3, 2021, and the tanker remained intact after the crash, according to Luce.
