DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Defenseman Dennis Cholowski is no longer a Detroit Red Wing after he was selected by the Seattle Kraken in last night’s NHL Expansion Draft.
Cholowski was the 20th overall pick by the Red Wings in 2016 and appeared in 104 games with Detroit.
The Kraken begin their inaugural season as the NHL’s 32nd team this fall.
