HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery that happened just after 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 6, 2021, at Next Door Food Store/Marathon gas station, 14226 Ironwood in Tallmadge Township.
An employee told police two men brought items to purchase to the counter. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, one of the suspects grabbed money from the cash register, and the suspects ran out the door, leaving in a vehicle.
No weapon seen or implied, according to police, and no one was injured.
The case remains under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, or Silent Observer.
