HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A traffic pursuit from Allegan County into Ottawa County’s Jamestown Township led to the arrest of six suspects, according to Ottawa County authorities.
Called at 2:19 a.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021, to assist Allegan County Sheriff’s deputies: Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies and Holland police during this pursuit, which ended in Jamestown Township.
The suspects vehicle became disabled, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Dennis Luce, with the suspects fleeing on foot in the area between northbound 24th and 28th avenues and southbound Byron and Adams roads
Police established a perimeter in two different areas, finding and arresting six suspects, according to Luce. The six were were turned over to the Allegan County Sheriff’s deputies.
At this time, it is believed that all suspects related to this investigation have been located and are in custody.
