Rev. L. Carlos Lopez, 74 of Fennville, Michigan went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 3, 2021, surrounded by his family. Born April 12, 1946, in Edinburg, Texas, he was the son of the late Jose and Amparo (Solis) Lopez and the husband of Delia (Canales) Lopez. Carlos spent his life serving the Lord and he and the brethren actively built the Fennville Apostolic Assembly Church with their own hands and money. Carlos was a member of the Great Lakes District and served as an Elder for four years, then Treasurer for 12 years, and the Bishop for eight years. He devoted his life to his family and the church. The memories of Carlos will be ones of a loving and charitable family man who put his Lord and family at places of honor. He was respected and loved in his community and he left the world brighter and happier than he found it.
