HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the stabbing of a 54-year-old man in Olive Township.
Police, called to the scene on the 8500 block of 120th Avenue, found the victim, who had several stab wounds, lying on a resident’s front porch.
The stabbing victim told the resident he’d been stabbed when he was somewhere along 120th Avenue. The resident called 911 just after 1 a.m. Monday, March 29, 2021.
The victim repeated his story to deputies while being treated by first responders. He then went by ambulance to a Grand Rapids hospital for what police called “severe” injuries.
