Scott J Witteveen, 64, entered his eternal home and into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, March 18, 2021.
Scott loved Jesus, his church, and his family and he served others above himself.
He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 42 years, Deb;
Precious Children and Grandchildren: Katie and Kevin Rynbrandt (Andrew, Luke & Annie), Rob and Stephanie Witteveen (Anderson & Matthias), Tom and Kristen Witteveen (Greta, Emmaline, Clara & Millie);
Parents-in-law: Gordon and Marilyn Grevengoed; siblings: Nancy and Henry Huizenga, Craig and Jan Witteveen, Bruce and Vickie Witteveen; in-laws: Sandy Stoller, Nancy, and Bob Jonker, Kathleen and David Veenstra, Kristi and David Gortsema, David Grevengoed and Jim Lowell.
Scott was a blessing to so many and jumped at the opportunity to help family, friends, and neighbors. For more than 20 years, Scott faithfully served clients as an accounting software consultant. He was greatly respected for his abilities and character.
He was an active member at Ridge Point Church, serving on the Board of Directors. He passionately loved and served the inmates at Brooks Correctional Institution.
Visitation will be 1-3 PM and 5-7 PM on Monday, March 22, 2021, at Ridge Point Church, 340 104th Ave. Holland, MI, 49423. Use the Main Entrance, “Door E”. A memorial service will be 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 23 at Ridge Point. Memorial contributions may be given to Lakeshore Pregnancy Center, Winning at Home, or Crossroads Prison Ministries.
