HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Ottawa County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a suspicious incident that happened just before 10 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 2021, according to Sheriff’s Sgt. Nicholas Knott.
A woman told police she was walking near Butternut and River when a white male came out of the woods and grabbed her shoulder. She told police the man fled when she screamed.
Police, with a K-9 unit, canvased the area but didn’t find the suspect, described as a white male, 6-feet tall, wearing gray sweat pants and gray sweat shirt.
This incident remains under investigation, Knott said in an email to media.
