HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The time for Zeeland City Council’s virtual study session set for Monday, March 15, 2021, has been changed to 5:45 p.m.
That meeting will be followed by a 7 p.m. business meeting.
While some council members will be at Zeeland City Hall, 21 S. Elm St. in Zeeland, City Hall is closed to the public, and some members of council will attend virtually.
Members of the public who wish to attend can join the conference call by dialing (408) 418-9388 and using the access code: 129 693 4502.
A public comment time is set aside for this meeting, and city officials ask that phones be on mute unless a person is recognized to speak.
People may email comments or questions to the City of Zeeland at Clerk@cityofzeeland.com before 5 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2021, and those emails will become part of the public record.
Action items to be discussed during the study session and voted on during the business meeting include:
- Arts Council Grant
- Establishing an information-technology fund
- Paw Paw Drive bid award
- Policies for snowmelt installation assessment as well as an operations and maintenance assessment

- Revenue replacement plan report
- Social district ideas and plans
- Elm Street event
- Strategic action plan follow-up
