Richard Mokma, age 80, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2021. Richard worked at Jamesway Tool and Die for over 30 years, up until his retirement. In his spare time, he was an avid gardener, tending to his vegetable garden that was full of sugar beets, potatoes, tomatoes, sugar peas, brussels, and more. He loved being outdoors in nature, even kindly taking care of the squirrels he came across who would come to trust his gentleness. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda, brother Donald, and sister Carla Mokma. He is survived by his daughter Dee Huizenga; Beloved grandsons Matthew and Aaron Huizenga; Sister Bonnie (Ken) Terpstra. The family will be gathering privately.
