In boys’ action: Zeeland East at Holland; Holland Christian at Spring Lake; Hudsonville at West Ottawa; Muskegon at Zeeland West; Unity Christian at Hamilton; Benton Harbor at Fennville; and Calvary at Black River.
In girls’ action: Holland at Zeeland East; Spring Lake at Holland Christian; West Ottawa at Hudsonville; Zeeland West at Muskegon; Hamilton at Unity Christian; and Black River at Zion Christian.

Hope College’s basketball teams begin MIAA league play with games against Olivet College this evening. While the women meet in Olivet, the men battle at DeVos Fieldhouse, with Mike Coleman and Casey Rutledge describing the action, starting at 7:10 PM, on The Lakeshore’s 92 7 The Van.
Grand Valley State’s men play a make-up game against visiting Wayne State at the Fieldhouse Arena in Allendale tonight.
In state major-college basketball this evening, Michigan State is home to Penn State, and Central Michigan entertains Ball State. COVID 19 issues have postponed the scheduled Western Michigan at Buffalo and Eastern Michigan at Miami of Ohio games.
