HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A two-vehicle rollover crash shut down the intersection of US 31 and James Street in Holland Township on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021 — but no one was hurt, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Brad Bennett.
The crash happened just after 9 a.m. when a 64-year-old Holland man, driving a full size Nissan van east on James Street failed to stop for the red light at US31.
A GMC pick-up truck, with a 24-year-old West Olive man at the wheel, hit the Nissan, sending the Nissan into a rollover crash.
The intersection was closed for more than 30 minutes for the safety of first responders and those who cleaned up the scene.
