Some members of council will be at City Hall, but the building is not open to the public.

The meeting agenda includes:
- A public hearing on the GL Rentals Amended Commercial Rehabilitation Certificate application — a 10-year, $1.8 million exception, with the renovation project expected to add 45 temporary construction jobs.
- Electronic Meeting Resolution Amendment
- Alcohol ordinance amendment to forgo 2020 license review
- Huizenga Park bathroom bid award. Seven bids were filed. City officials are recommending choosing JKB Construction’s $57,418 bid, with project design and administration set at $7,000; a 10-percent contingency of $5,741, making the total project budget $70,159.
- Pension Investment policy update.
