PRESS RELEASE (WHTC-AM/FM) — City of Holland officials announced that parking will be banned on both sides of Harrison Avenue, between 13th and 14th streets, from daybreak Monday, Nov. 23, 2020, through 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020.
This is for the safety of those driving to Community Action House for the annual Thanksgiving food distribution.
Large trucks will be parked on West 14th Street, west of Harrison Avenue. This is a dead-end street and no traffic should be affected. Area residents may hear more truck noise during this two-day period.
