HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Two more Ottawa County residents have died from COVID-19, for a total of 81 since March. Health officials report more than 2,500 people are currently ill with COVID-1.
Allegan County health officials are reporting 788 people ill with the virus, but no new deaths. Allegan County’s rolling daily average number of people diagnosed each day has risen from 28 one week ago to 45 by Election Day.
As of Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020, Holland Hospital’s COVID-19 dashboard showed 25 people admitted for treatment of the virus. Spectrum Health’s dashboard showed 201 patients admitted with the virus as a primary cause for care, and another 12 people waiting on test results.
