HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – A two-vehicle crash on Holland’s North Side injured a 16-year-old Holland girl on Saturday morning.
According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Matthew Wildfong, the girl, driving a 2007 Jetta, was attemping to turn from Butternut Drive to eastbound Riley Street around 8:30 AM when she hit a northbound Jeep on Butternut, driven by a 63-year-old Holland woman.
The teen was taken to an undisclosed hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries; the older woman was not hurt. No names were disclosed, and both drivers were buckled up at the time of the crash, which remains under investigation.
