David Bote and Kris Bryant each had a homer and two RBI as the Cubs beat the White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Field in Sunday’s season finale, 10-8. Both of Chicago’s teams head into post-season play for the first time since 2008, and just the third time in history. The White Sox begin a best-of-three series at Oakland against the Athletics on Tuesday, and the Cubs host Miami to start a best-of-three series at Wrigley Field on Wednesday.
