DETROIT, MI (WTVB) – The Detroit Pistons will begin five-on-five scrimmages today in Phase Two if their bubble workouts.
The eight teams that did not qualify for the Orlando-bubble can begin team drills this week. Detroit will have 15 players at their bubble and bus to-and-from a hotel to the team facilities.
Anthony Davis nailed the go-ahead three-pointer at the buzzer as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Denver Nuggets 105-103 in Game Two of the Western Conference finals in Orlando. The Lakers blew a 16-point lead and trailed by one before Davis won it on the final possession. He scored LA’s final 10 points and finished with 31.
The Lakers take a 2-0 series lead. Game Three is tomorrow.
