HOLLAND (WTHC-AM/FM) — Holland City Council is set to meet at 5:30 p.m. today, Sept. 9, 2020, at City Hall, 270 S. River Ave. in Holland, to talk about the unified development ordinance (UDO).
This has been a project city officials have been working on, with the public and consultants for more than two ears its way of aligning the city’s approach to design and community development, involving almost every single regulatory document the city has — zoning, trees, building design, and sidewalks are just a few areas.
City officials set up a website to help residents keep up with the ideas and changes: hollandudo.com.
Social distancing and masks will be required at tonight’s meeting, which will air on the city’s government channel and online.
