Leelan Coin, age 70, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020.
Leelan was a career military serviceman having served 20 years in the United States Air Force and retiring in 1989. In retirement, he worked as a network supervisor for ITM. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with each one of them including his dogs Honey and Kenzie. He was a big fan of Godzilla and was known as a collector, particularly of guns, coins, and cigars.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ross and Fern Coin.
He is survived by his wife, Eunice Coin; son, Joseph Coin; son, John & Rachel Coin; grandchildren, Ziva Coin and George Coin.
Funeral services with military honors are at 11:00 am on Friday, February 14, 2020 at Langeland Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16
th
St. Holland, MI 49423. A time of visitation with the family will precede the service starting at 10:00 am.
Memorial contributions in Leelan’s honor may be made to Wounded Warriors.
Burial to take place at West Drenthe Cemetery.
