UNDATED (WHTC-AM/FM) – Two municipalities hold their biweekly city council business meetings this evening.
In Zeeland, the governing panel is expected to approve the annual electric capacity purchase for the Zeeland BPW, go over a proposed snowmelt master plan, and look ahead to next week’s goal-setting sessions that is part of the annual budget-making process for Fiscal 2020.
In South Haven, amendments of that city’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance will be introduced that would “clean up ordinance language, clarify that short-term rental operation is permitted in conforming attached condos in all business districts … and clarify which members of city staff are permitted to provide short-term rental property inspections,” according to City Manager Brian Dissette.
Both business meetings begin at 7 PM in Council Chambers at the city halls of Zeeland and South Haven; the published agendas and supporting documents can be reached by clicking on each city’s name.
