HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The search is on for the driver of a van who ran into a Macatawa Area bus and then fled the scene.
Holland Department of Public Safety says a tan minivan hit the bus around 2:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, July 26, on 16th Street near Century Lane. The Holland Sentinel is reporting that the minivan has a dealership plate with registration 41D 864.
Four people aboard the bus were injured in the crash, and were taken to an area hospital. The severity of their injuries is unknown. The bus did not appear to be damaged after the crash.
No further information has been released regarding the incident.
