HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – New Holland Brewing Company has announced that construction is underway on a new 40,000-square foot brewpub in Grand Rapids.
New Holland’s “Knickerbocker – Brewpub and Distillery” will occupy the corner of Bridge Street and Broadway Avunue in Grand Rapids West Side. The restaurant will seat 400 plus and have an outdoor bar with a beer garden. Onsite distilling capabilities along with a retail store, community gathering space and private rental spaces will also be included.
New Holland is collaborating with Rockford Construction on the development.
The pub is looking to open in the Fall of 2016 and anticipates hiring approximately 150 new employees prior to the launch.
