ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – The Zeeland City Council holds a special meeting tonight involving several Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate requests by Plascore for a proposed new facility off of Roosevelt Avenue. The global industrial plastics manufacturer is seeking a 12-year tax abatement totaling just over a million dollars. Council will also look at a 10-year Commercial Rehabilitation Exemption for MM&S Holdings, as it is undergoing a 175 thousand-dollar refurbishing of its Main Avenue facility that involves over 19 hundred square feet and would add four new jobs.
