HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – An 18-year-old Holland man is in custody and awaits arraignment today in Holland District Court on reported manslaughter charges stemming from the shooting death of 22-year-old Derrick Ruff-Shingles at a 40th Street apartment unit on Monday afternoon. Davon Walker was a person of interest in the case and turned himself in to authorities yesterday.
