HOLLAND TWP, MI (WHTC) – A pregnant 24-year-old year old woman is in stable condition after a two vehicle crash.
Deputies were dispatched to the crash at I-196 and 112th Avenue in Holland Township around 6:47 p.m. March 2. Sgt. Matt Wilfong says 32-year-old Scott Anderson was driving a 2009 Volkswagon van westbound on the I-196 Business Loop and collided with a 2016 Silverado driven by Matt Ensing of Zeeland that had turned onto northbound on 112th Avenue from eastbound I-196.
Both drivers say they had the green light and there were no independent witnesses to the crash. Lauren Anderson of Holland who was a front seat passenger in the vehicle, was transported to an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
