HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Grand Haven High School students explored careers in health care during Greater Ottawa County United Way’s LIVE UNITED program “Career Exploration University.”
United Way partnered with North Ottawa Community Health System on April 18 and 20, to offer a pilot program for Grand Haven High School students . The students had the opportunity to explore careers in healthcare and get hands on experience.
Kristyn Ireland, Manager of Volunteer Services at NOCHS said, “This was such a great day to organize! I am so fortunate to work with so many awesome staff members excited about creating hands on opportunities to share with the students. Thanks to them, the students were engaged and left excited about the different healthcare careers available.”
