GREAT NECK, NY (WHTC) – A commercial real estate investment and management firm from New York’s Long Island with a presence in Holland is apparently increasing its retail footprint in West Michigan.
Nadmar Reality Group has reportedly purchsed the Lakes Mall in Fruitport and the Fashion Square Mall in Saginaw from CBL & Associates Properties for a total of 66.5 million dollars. M-Live is reporting that the current management teams at both shopping centers were told that they will keep their jobs with the new owners, and that no major changes are expected at the malls in the short term.
Among the properties that Nadmar currently owns is the Cedar Village Marketplace near the corner of Chicago Drive and Waverly Road.
