HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 20-year-old Wyoming man was hurt in a chain-reaction crash police say he caused just after 4 p.m. Sunday, July 26. 2020.
The crash, on Lake Michigan Drive at Eighth Avenue in Tallmadge Township happened, according to police, when the Wyoming man was driving east on Lake Michigan Drive and crashed into a vehicle stopped for the red light at Eighth Avenue.
That rear-end impact caused a chain reaction leading to a total of four vehicles getting damaged. The Wyoming man went by LIFE EMS to Spectrum Health Butterworth with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
All the other people involved were treated at the scene and released. This crash remains under investigation by the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
