MILAN (Reuters) – A top Italian court said on Wednesday a law excluding the motorway unit of Benetton-led Atlantia from reconstruction work on a bridge that collapsed in 2018 killing 43 people was constitutional.
In a statement Italy’s Constitutional Court said it was not unlawful to exclude Atlantia’s motorway unit Autostrade per l’Italia from the reconstruction.
