HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Holland resident Hervinder Kaur, 20, died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 5, 2019, in a two-vehicle crash, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s authorities.
She was driving a 2005 Kia Spectra and attempted a westbound turn onto Adams Street from 88th Avenue, police said, but she pulled into the path of a semi-tractor trailer.
A 28-year-old Allegan man was driving the rig, which hit the Kia on the driver’s side door.
Kaur was pronounced dead at the scene by the Ottawa County Medical Examiner.
The crash remains under investigation, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Bob Ruster.
