HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The League of Women Voters of the Holland area will host a forum for two candidates running for the Holland City Council at-large seat, 6:30-8 p.m., Monday, Oct.21, 2019, at Herrick District Library. 300 S. River Ave. in Holland.
Lyn Raymond and Vicki-Lynn Holmes are challenging each other for the seat currently held by Wayne Klomparens. He was defeated in the August primary
League member Jane Johnson is set to moderate and, as with the mayoral forum, residents are encouraged to submit questions to the league via lwv.holland.org.
The LWV is a nonpartisan organization that encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government.
