HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Saugatuck City Council is set to meet at 7 p.m. today, May 28, 2019.
Council members will discuss a proposed ordinance against tresspassing on private property, a move sparked by beach visitors who may lounge around on the sand, or build bonfires on lakefront areas that are not public.
It’s a first reading of the proposed ordinance.
Allegan County Sheriff’s Lt. Brett Ensfield will give council an update on are policing.
As part of the board’s business, council members are set to make a public proclamation at City Hall officially declaring June as LGBT Pride Month.
