Jacqueline ‘Jackie’ Dunn, born in Chicago, June 18, 1948, passed away in Holland, MI on October 11, 2026, at Appledorn Living Center South. She lived in Chicago, Schaumburg, Streamwood and Richton Park, IL. She moved to Fate and Denton Texas before relocating to Holland, MI in 2020.
Jackie attended Fenger High School, competing in Track and Field, in events including the High Jump; graduating in 1966. She primarily worked in the Insurance Industry for several companies, including Kemper, Continental and CNA. Jackie enjoyed walking, exercising and yoga during her free time. She volunteered in a camp in Colorado for summer and as a hospital aide in Texas.
She is mother to Michael D. and Peter J. Brown of Holland, MI and Chicago, IL. Daughter of Walter Lawrence Dunn and (Ethel) Marie Dunn Sister to Lawrence ‘Larry’ Dunn, Bunnie Colderone, Maureen Fitzgerald, Karen Hammick, Dennis Dunn and Walter Dunn. Aunt to James, Chistine, Tony, David, Richard, Brian, Amanda, Brittany, and Kevin.
A celebration of life gathering will be held in Chicago at a later date..
