Among matters before the governing panel: Establishing a industrial development district for Nelson Steel’s expansion project off of East 40th Street; amending Brownfield plans to accommodate the Tulyp Hotel expansion project off of East 7th Street, as well as a multi-use development off of West 32nd Street; and transfer a PILOT agreement to the new owners of Wildwood Creek Manor off of Diekema Avenue.
