Ken was born in Muskegon October 15, 1945 to Kenneth W. and Eleanor (Fox) Brady. He was a 23 year veteran of United States Army. He enjoyed woodworking, car repair, traveling, gardening, digging in his pond in the backyard and working on projects with his wife. Ken was a member of Holland 7th Day Adventist and worked in Holland for years, lastly at Sam’s Club in Holland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Harvey.
Ken is survived by his wife of 55 years, Eileen; children Paula (Jeff) Johnson, Heather Brady (Wyatt Johnson), Ken (Rhonda) Brady, and Brandy (Gerhard) Mayer; 5 grandchildren Saige, Natasha, Nadine, Ariel, and Jenna; great granddaughter Melody; siblings Joyce (John) Brink, Shar (Bob) DeVries, Sue (Dave) Wheeler, Diane (Dalys) Waltz; in-laws Jack Gee, Norma Patton, Carolyn McPherson, Glenn (Gabriel) Gee, Gerald (Lori) Gee , Debbie Gee, Joyce Dunson, Tracy Gee, and Pat Brady; many extended family and friends.
A service to celebrate Ken’s life will be 1:00pm Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland.
Visitation will be from 12noon until the time of the service at the funeral home on Thursday.
Burial with full military honors will be at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
