HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, May 8, 2026) – Friday is day eight of the 97th Tulip Time Festival, Holland’s annual signature event.
Among the spotlighted events: Holland Highlights and Tulip Time VIP Tours, along with the Tulip Immersion Garden, all at Beechwood Church; Dutch Life on Display at the Van Raalte Farmhouse; Historic Walking Tours beginning at Window on the Waterfront; the Art in Bloem Fine Art Exhibit at the Holland Area Arts Council building; the Quilt Show at the Midtown Center; a Dutch Lunch and Dance Performance at Evergreen Commons; the Carnival outside of the Heeringa Holland Civic Center Place; “Suite Surrender” performed at the Holland Community Theatre; and illusionist Michael Carbonaro at Central Wesleyan Church.
There will be Dutch Dancing as well, not only at Centennial Park, but along a blocked off 8th Street downtown. City Manager Keith Van Beek asked some of the performers which venue they would prefer.
The Tulip Time Festival runs through Sunday. An online link to the schedule of events and more is here.
