HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Apr. 27, 2026) – It’s one thing to believe you are doing a good job at what you do. It’s another to get such an assurance from those who see what you are doing.
During a special meeting on Monday afternoon, the Board of Directors of the Holland Board of Public Works will go over results of the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, conducted by Great Blue Research, which looked at the organization of the BPW, customer expectations and satisfaction with the municipal utility’s services, and more.
The survey resulted in overall satisfaction ratings of more than 93 percent better than neutral for residential customers, and nearly 92 percent for business customers, according to BPW General Manager Dave Koster.
The board will also go over quarterly monitoring reports, review finances from the past three months, and go into a closed session to discuss pending litigation. The 4 PM special meeting is set for the utility’s offices across from the water treatment plant (49 W. Third St.). An online link to the agenda and supporting documents is here.
