Ruth L. Lanser, age 94, of Holland went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
Ruth will be remembered for her faithfulness and love to her family, especially to her husband Marvin, with whom she shared more than 71 years of marriage. All who had the pleasure to meet Ruth saw the evidence of her faithfulness and love to her Lord and to her family.
Ruth is survived by her children: Cheryl and David Koeman, Jere Lanser, Mary and Tom Welling, Steve Lanser; grandchildren: Missy and Chris Arendhorst, Kirk and Katie Koeman, Angel and Brent DeWulf, Amy and Jeremy James, Joshua and Christina Welling, Ryan and Rachelle Welling, Alex Lanser, Elizabeth and Will DeGarmo, Adam Lanser; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Lanser in 2023. Ruth never got over missing him, and while her family will miss her, they are rejoicing that Ruth is reunited with Marv in the presence of their Lord.
A private family service will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
Burial to take place in Graafschap Cemetery.
