HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Nov. 12, 2025) – Tips to help Holland Board of Public Works electricity customers save money as winter nears are spotlighted on Wednesday.
From 12 Noon to 6 PM in the Heeringa Holland Civic Center Place (150 E. 8th St.), the municipal utility is holding a Home Energy Expo. It stems from an effort to call in old-fashioned holiday lights in exchange for more modern illumination, according to BPW Communications Manager Julie DeCook.
Other attractions include an EV showcase, sustainability sessions, games and prizes, and a drawing for a snow blower. The Holland BPW Home Energy Expo is free to the public.
